Description

To 5'; hardy to -15 degrees F.; early to mid- season blooming; ARS rating 4/4/4. Clear pink buds open to white flowers reflecting the yakusimanum parentage; unusually floriferous. Plant broader than tall, densely clothed with elliptic foliage that is held 3 years; new growth farinose, brown for several weeks. (David G. Leach, 1972).
