If we must cancel a program for which you have paid a registration fee, we will notify you as early as possible, and you will have a choice of either a full refund or equivalent credit towards a future program fee.
If you have registered for a program and must cancel:
If it is at least five business days before the program takes place, you will have your choice of either credit towards a future program or a full refund.
If it is less than five business days before the program, we will provide credit only (no refunds).
No refunds or credit can be given if you withdraw after a program begins.
NOTE: Credits are valid for one calendar year from the date in which they are issued.
