Undergraduate and graduate students are invited to carry out independent studies with our staff under the guidance of our faculty or in partnership with faculty in students’ departments.

Research
We are engaged in numerous research efforts to conserve plants and the cultures that sustain them. Our staff work with Cornell faculty, graduate & undergraduate students, and botanic gardens around the world to facilitate research on plants and the natural world.
Learning by Leading
The Learning by Leading (LxL) program is a network of student-led teams that are passionate about environmental issues, skilled in collaboration and communication, and capable of adapting to and overcoming challenges.
