Heuchera Richardsonii

Alumroot’s native range spans north-central United States and south-central Canada. The Blackfoot people of the northern great plains, the Lakota people of north and south Dakota, and the Woodland Cree of Northern Alberta have used the root to remedy diarrhea, and a root poultice has been used to soothe skin sores.
