Description

Differs from C. ambrosioides in its more erect habit, leafless panicles of flowers, and its smaller (1-5cm) pinnatifid to deeply lobed leaves. Erect annual herb to 80cm, much branched, covered with sticky hairs, aromatic. Flowers many, yellow-green, in slender panicles in upper leaf axils. Fruit dry; seed shiny. Grown for its nutty flavor.
