Description

Plants reach 30-80 cm in flower with 3-5 semi-terete, broadly grooved, 3 mm wide leaves carried on the lower 1/3 of the flower stalk. Flowers purple to carmine red, campanulate, held in 3 cm diameter, globose, dense, many-flowered umbels in July and August.
