Description
Epazote flavor is pungent, with overtones of mint. Grind or crush fresh epazote leaves, use in small amounts to season beans, corn, fish, or enchiladas. Epazote can help prevent gas. Leaves can be dried. Annual plants reach 2-3 ft. tall, grows nicely in ground or containers.
