Perennial shrub or subshrub reaching 10 cm in height, the stems ascending, stoloniferous, much-branched, tomentose. Leaves to 2cm long, 1cm wide, ovate or elliptic to oblong, apex obtuse, base entire or subentire, tomentose, especially beneath. Verticillasters 2-6-flowered, pedicels to 3 mm; calyx to 7 mm, bell-shaped, glandular and tomentose, the teeth deltoid, apex acute.
