Japanese Andromeda

Description

Dense and compact in habit with dark green, shiny leaves; the new foliage is a distinct yellow-green. Flower panicles are horizontal but slightly arched; flower buds are deep purplish-red. Previously thisclone was thought to be resistant to Lace bug but recent controlled tests have shown that it is susceptible when exposed to large numbers of lace bugs.
