Description

Densely pyramidal in habit with blue-green needles. Needles are long and twisted, alternately showing the deep green of the top in contrast with the glaucous undersides of the needles. Robust and vigorous; highly resistant to insect and disease problems. Discovered in a block of 500 seedlings at Bloomers Nursery in Flemington, NJ in 1967 by Peter Vermeulen and propagator Rein Vanderwolf (AAN June 1, 1994).
