Plants to 25' in height; this thornless hawthorn hybrid was discovered at the Ohio Agricultural Research & Development Center at Wooster, Ohio. Large clusters of white flowers are produced in abundance, followed by dotted, brick-red 3/4" fruits. Symmetrical, horizontally spreading growth habit (Lake Cty. 1987 Catalog). An essentailly thornless type selected from a tree at the Seacrest Aboretum, Wooster, OH, that exhibited good vigor, growth and fruiting characteristics.
