Description
Biennial with thick taproot; stems erect, to 3'; rosette leaves mostly with long winged petioles, ovate-spatulate, to about 4" long, entire to undulate-serrate; stem leaves linear-lanceolate. Flowers in racemes or narrow panicles, short-pedicelled, calyx without appendages, corolla lilac, about 3/4" long.
