Dwarf form, hemispherical habit, to 1.5 m high and wide, branches horizontal, intermediate between J. sabina and J. chinensis [xmedia] 'Pfitzeriana' in habit; foliage silver-blue; found in the wild by Garee in the mountains of SD about 1935 [DS 8].
