Description

To 1m; rhizome large, elliptic or cylindric, deep yellow and aromatic within. Leaves 50 x 20cm, oblong or elliptic, acuminate, glabrous, petiole 45cm. Inflorescence 20cm, terminal on leafy shoot, cylindrical; flower bracts pale green, tipped white, upper bracts rose; corolla yellow, lip deep yellow.
