The garden along this trail features boggy areas and running water, and shows ways to make wet areas into attractive landscape features. Plants found along the trail include umbrella magnolia (Magnolia tripetala), Japanese spicebush (Lindera obtusiloba), Japanese pieris (Pieris japonica), and lady fern (Athyrium 'Ghost’).
