Your Support Keeps Us Growing
The Cornell Botanic Gardens annual fund enables the gardens to continue its mission of inspiring people—through cultivation, conservation, and education—to understand, appreciate, and nurture plants and the cultures they sustain.
Thanks to our supporters we are able to:
• host events, tours, workshops, lectures, webinars, and more to provide meaningful opportunities for people to learn about plants and how essential they are to our lives
• support Cornell students in summer internships and the Learning by Leading program
• maintain over 3,700 acres of both cultivated and natural lands both on campus and around the greater Ithaca area
• hire and retain our dedicated staff of expert gardeners, land stewards and educators
• conserve rare and native plants that are crucial species to our delicate ecosystems
• offer free admission to all of our cultivated gardens and natural areas
Whether this is your first gift to the gardens, or you’ve been supporting our work for decades, we are grateful for all that you do for our community!
