Description
Picea glauca Achat™ is a slower growing, more compact version of the familiar and very popular P.a. Conica™ (Dwarf Alberta Spruce). The thick coating of fine needles emerge a pale yellow in spring. Foliage color has changed to green by early summer. The dense foliage and tight form make Achat™ a good prospect for use as a holiday tree. Moist, well-drained soil and full sun will allow this hardy plant to thrive. Garden Size: 3™H x 1.5™W Dwarf: 2-4³/year.
