Description

Fronds reach 1.5-2' in height, arching, somewhat leathery, the blade broadly oval, bipinnate to bipinnate-pinnatifid, the segments oblong to rounded at the tips; the rachis and other frond axes are sparsely brown-scaly below. The 2000 Plant Delights catalog notes this resembles D. erythrosora, is a vigorous grower reaching 2' in height and 3' in width, the young fronds striking red.
