Description
Stem 10-25cm; bulb to 5cm diameter, tunic membranous. Leaves 15-23x3-15cm, 2-3, basal, broadly elliptic, glaucous, grey flushed with purple. Flowers 1-1.5cm diameter, numerous, star-shaped in a globular umbel to 20cm diameter; spathe to 3.5cm; tepal 5-8mm, white, twisted and reflexed on infructescence; stamens exserted, filament bases triangular. Fruit deeply indented.
