Description
This hybrid is special on several accounts. It grows much taller than the normal var. glaucum, flowers are much larger and occur in August. It most likely is a back-cross with regular tall forms of A. senescens. The gray leaves swirl and twist just like glaucum, except grow much taller. The plants are floriferous, producing 2-3 stems per bulb.
