Description
To 40 cm although usually far shorter. Culms upright, flimsy, densely tufted, blue-greem. Leaves glabrous, glaucous, blue-green, the blades filiform, terete, obtuse, rigid, straight to arching, 9-ribbed. Panicles dense, obovate, shortly branched, erect, 10 cm tall, blue-green.
