Description

A medium-sized plant with lanceolate leaves that have a creamy white center and irregular dark green margins; leaf petioles and flower scapes are red; flowers are purple. Name derived from the red seed capsules that are effective from late summer into fall (From 1999 PPA Proceedings p.60).
