Description

A large mound of neatly rippled, dark green foliage; semi-upright mound habit, growing to 26" tall by 52" wide. Leaves are 14" long by 10.5" wide; dark green; shiny underside; blade broadly oblong-ovate with a deeply lobed base and a long, thin, curved tip; heavily rippled margins, 20 or more per side; smooth texture; good substance; 16 deeply impressed vein pairs. Flowers early to late July; pale lavender, almost whitish; wide-open funnel shape; subtended by montana-type 45" scapes; many seed pods develop.
