Description
Bushy, broadly spreading shrub reaching 2m in height with brownish-red, green-speckled twigs. Leaflets 3, elliptic-ovate, 4-6cm long, crenate, light green, the middle leaflet short-stalked. Flowers 8mm long, held in loose, erect, 5-7cm long panicles, the petals white, sepals often longer,yellowish-white, effective in June. Fruit usually bilabiate, the inflated capsules 1.5-2.5cm long, the seeds yellowish.
