Description

Vigorous, erect, uniformly wide from top to bottom, reaching a height of 22' and spread of 18'; resemblesC. kousa in habit with more branches near the ground. Flowers profuse, effective blooming period starts 3 days after C. florida ends, and extends for about 2 weeks; bracts long, white, pointed, not overlapping. Good field resistance to dogwood anthracnose; highly resistent to dogwood borer.
