Description
Dwarf form, but growing 3-4 m high and nearly as wide, annual growth about 5 cm, upright at first and broadly conical, later more globose due to the outward growing major branches, branch tips directed upward, buds acutely ovate, resinous; needles 25-40 mm long, blue-gray, narrow, stiff, twisted, sheathspersistent, white to brown, 8 mm long; discovered by Anthony Waterer in 1865 in Horsell Common, England.
