Description
Open spiry pyramid with straight stiff branches, the lower drooping, the upper ascending; dense in youthbecoming loose with age. 40' to 80' tall under landscape conditions with 12' to 20' spread; can reach 200' or greater in height in its native habitat. The Rocky Mnt. form has bluish green needles and ishardy in zone 4. The Pacific slope form has dark green foliage and is hardy to zone 6.
