Description

Tree reaching 40-50' with dense round-topped crown and stout spreading branches. Leaves lyrately pinnatifid rarely developing fall color; acorns sessile, single or in pairs, egg-shaped, 3/4-1" long, the top-shaped cap covering about 1/3-1/2 of the nut.
