Matt Palumbo ’83 is an international business executive with extensive experience in China. He builds organizations & coalitions from the ground up, focusing on: corporate strategy; organizational development; as well as digital & omnichannel communications and marketing. His liaison work with Asian and Asian-American communities led to donations of several significant pieces to Cornell’s Johnson Art Museum.

Matt’s alumni career has been equally busy: President of the Cornell Asian Alumni Association; Chair of the University Council Ambassador Committee, and a member of the University Council Administrative Board; Vice President & Membership Chair of the Class of 1983; named the Outstanding Class officer for Classes of the 1980s; a member of Cornell MOSAIC; a member of the Cornell Botanic Gardens Advisory Council; and a member of the Cornell Continuous Reunion Club. He’s also Co-Chair of the Cornell Club-NY Programs Committee.
