About

I am the lead arborist for Cornell Botanic Gardens, a position I have held for more 16years, beginning in 2002. My responsibilities include tree management within the arboretum, botanical collections, and natural areas of Cornell Botanic Gardens.  I am a graduate of the New York State Ranger School through the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry at Syracuse. I am a board certified Master Arborist, certified Tree Climber Specialist, and qualified as a Tree Risk Assessor through the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA).
