Description

Bulbs 1.5-4cm diameter, broadly ovoid to spherical, tunics brown. Leaves 20-60 x 0.5-2.5cm, 4-6, bright green. Flowering stem 20-130cm, pale green; racemes 10-30cm; bracts ca 2cm, linear-lanceolate; pedicels 1.5-5cm, slanted upwards; flowers regular; tepals 2-5cm, oblong-lanceolate, white, twisting together as they wither; stamens to 3/4 length of tepals, filaments blue-white, anthers yellow; ovary green-brown, style white.
