Description

Differs from the species in having fewer leaflets, usually 3 or 5 as opposed to 6. Plants to 12" tall;inner sepals bright yellow, spurs red, short (DS 3). Plants 12" tall, 15" wide; foliage almost evergreen,assuming bright tints in autumn and winter; wide yellow flowers without spurs are borne in early spring (DS 100).
