Description

Horizontally branched, wide-spreading tree reaching 30' to 45' under cultivation but up to 60' in the wild.The creamy white flowers are borne in 3" to 7" diameter flat-topped cymes in May and June. The 1/4"fruit progresses from a reddish to purple or blue-black color in August and September. Fall color often purple but coloration not usually good.
