Description
Tuber to 6" in diameter, depressed-globose with corky surface, rooting mostly on the upper surface. Leafblades cordate, often angled or lobed, to 5 1/2" long, marbled above, green or rarely beet-red beneath,margins obscurely toothed. Flowers about 1" long, corolla lobes ovate-lanceolate, rose-pink to white withbasal crimson blotch, acute at apex, eared at base; late summer to early autumn blooming.
