Description

Dutch elm disease and phloem necrosis resistant, symmetrical somewhat pryamidal crown to oval-arching, dense dark green foliage may turn straw yellow in fall, rapid growth rate. Result of complex parentage involving U. pumila, U. xhollandica and U. carpinifolia; see HortScience 19:897-898 (1984) for more information. Succeptible to elm leaf beetle.
