Description

Elegant and very rare Japanese species from the mountains of Kyushu. The tall stem bears 1 leaf with about 10 leaflets. The flowers are striped green or purple with white inside, with a threadlike extension on the spathe. Mid season to late, excellent garden plant. Needs very well-drained soil in shade.
