Description

Thick gold bands are prevalent on the wide blades of this grass the moment they emerge from the ground. This small, (2-4' tall) clumping mound is an outstanding specimen miscanthus for the front of a border. More compact than M. ‘Zebrinus'. Plumes of soft tawny flowers occasionally appear in late summer.
