Description

Evergreen shrub of neat, bushy habit, low and rounded with rather stiff branches and dense, dark green 1" to 3" long leaves; plants reach 2' to 6' in height with a similar spread. Flowers are white, fragrant, borne in 2" to 4" long, dense, upright panicles in April for 2 to 4 weeks. Not susceptible to lace bug damage; tolerant of higher soil ph than most Ericaceae.
