Description

Stems to 1m, subglabrous to minutely pubescent. Leaves ovate-lanceolate, finely serrate to deeply pinnatifid. Capitula few to many, 1.5-2cm diameter, often dioecious; phyllaries green or flushed with deep purple, outer acute, margins slightly floccose, inner long-attenulate, slightly floccose; florets purple-pink.
