Description
Small tree reaching 7-8 m in height in cultivation, often wider than high, the branches glabrous, often tipped with small whitish dots. Leaves 9-11-lobed, 9-12 cm across, orbicular, the lobes acuminate and sharply toothed, the margins often tinted reddish. Flowers whitish, borne in upright, terminal, corymbose panicles in May. Fall color a clear yellow.
