Description

Clusters of lightly fragrant violet-blue flowers from mid summer till early fall. This non-vining Clematis forms a bushy mound that branches from the base of the plant with flowers that rise just above the greenery. Cut back in early spring as new leaf buds begin to swell low on the plant, trim above those buds, to about 8" tall. Size: 24-30" tall and wide. Bloom time: Midsummer to early fall.
