Description

From Derrick, at Arborvillage:Sarah, we received our scion wood from Richard Larson at the Dawes in Ohio. Richard would know the history more than me, but we were told it was a broom and it was a red maple. Dad made some grafts, and we did't think it was a red maple. It leaves were more silver maple. The plant has stayed tight and like a dwarf. Dad and I are both impressed with its habit. Dad says it has not been that easy to root, and maybe not as easy to grow as straight silver maple. I hope this helpsThanks Derrick
