Description
National Velvet' is a strong-growing, tallish tulip, to 50cm. The outer tepals are deep maroon-red with a slight purplish bloom, paling a little towards the edges, with very dark midribs.The inside of the tepals is maroon with a yellow base. Mid to late spring.
