Description

Perennial reaching 9' in height; leaves alternate, lanceolate-oblong, to 10" long, serrate, narrowed to apetiolar base. Flower heads 1" to 2" across, many, corymbose, flowers yellow; achenes spreading in alldirections to form a globose head when mature.
