Description

Very similar to C. amomum; open-growing shrub with branches more olive-green, leaves oval-elliptic to oblong, acuminate, 5-8 cm long, pendulous, dull green above, whitish beneath, the venation downy-pubescent. Flowers white, held in 4-5 cm wide, grayish, shaggy pubescent corymbs in June and July; fruits dull blue.
