Description
A strongly upright, thornless, male selection with large glossy summer foliage that assumes gold and maroon tints in autumn. The selection was found in the wild in the mid 1980's in the far northwestern part of Custer County, growing wild in the Whiteshield Creek, which was named after an early Cheyenne Indian Chief.
